Leonardo Hotel Cheltenham

Extremely comfy nice basic property with thoughtful and knowledgeable staff on the reception desk. Freshly prepared breakfast choice with congealed fried eggs and the juice. Perfect and lovely location, an easy walk to everywhere. Found in the peaceful area. Early check-in, late check-out.

Good-sized room overall, with disability access. Easy to get to, particularly good location not far from the restaurant and enjoyable breakfast, the Gloucestershire airport area, and bus stops into Cheltenham.

the hotel was absolutely great and brilliant with welcoming personnel at reception desk. i stayed in the room that was kept very clean and available for swimming if kids play around. the breakfast offered was hot and excellent with instant coffee. incredible central location right by motorway links, cheltenham for work and gloucester.

Magnificent location for Cheltenham, so close to public areas, the restaurant and enjoyable breakfast and Jury's Cheltenham for 10 nights.

Excellent staff service

Hotel ideally situated for visitors to Chetenham and for those wishing to experience the Forest of Dean and the surrounding area.

The best thing is breakfast, is buffet type, varied and very complete, besides there are about 4 more a la carte dishes with extra charge. Parking is free. The spacious, clean room, bathroom with bathtub, the 420 has a double bed and a single. Teapot and teas and coffee.

I didn't spend much time there. I would have liked to use the pool.

It was great to unwind at the Juvenate club after a long day of exploring Cheltenham's lovely shops. The spacious room accommodated our family well.

My children wished there were more entertainment options for kids. A dedicated play area or kids' activities would really enhance the experience for families.

The staff in the restaurant were very attentive and the manager certainly had complete control over everything going on, a pleasure to see as I would definately return for the excellent service.

The fact that we have to pay for parking the car whilst staying at your hotel. Not acceptable when you have such a large car park!

Location

the staff were arrogant and spoke poor English. Paid for breakfast but still asked to pay again. They run out of automated parking tickets so couln't get in the second evening. Reception staff thought it funny

The bed was comfortable and the area outside by the bar was nice

Very convenient close to the M5, very comfortable bed, friendly, attentive staff.

Good for a stopover off the M5, excellant swimming pool, pleasant girl on reception.

Expensive food, breakfast far too expensive
